Understanding your diagnosis

Nutrition & Sleep Workshops

Sleep difficulties, irregular mealtimes and demanding daily routines can make life feel harder. These workshops explore practical ways to support sleep habits, balanced nutrition and general wellbeing, with an emphasis on manageable changes rather than unrealistic expectations.

What About ADHD Medication?

Some people diagnosed with ADHD may wish to explore medication as part of their treatment plan. Enlightened Minds does not prescribe medication directly but may help with referral to a separate specialist prescribing service where appropriate. Prescribing decisions require an individual medical assessment, and NHS shared-care arrangements following private diagnosis are not guaranteed.
